How do I book a safari with Tanzania Destination?
Booking is easy! Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll send a booking confirmation and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: bank transfers (USD/EUR/GBP), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa). A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your safari departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is fair and transparent: cancellations 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee. 30-59 days before: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances. Special terms may apply during peak seasons.
