The classic northern circuit in one week, covering all four of northern Tanzania's best-known parks. Begin in Tarangire, known for its baobab trees and large elephant herds, then cross the Ngorongoro Highlands to spend three nights in the central Serengeti, one of the best areas for big cats all year round. On the return you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, home to lions, buffalo, hippos and rare black rhino, and finish with a game drive through the groundwater forest and lake shore of Lake Manyara before your flight home.

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's most beautiful wildlife parks famous for giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. During game drive, experience close wildlife encounters - elephants near safari vehicle, lions relaxing under trees, giraffes feeding peacefully, zebras crossing road, and colorful bird species. Enjoy picnic lunch inside park surrounded by nature and wildlife views. After afternoon game drive, continue to Karatu for relaxation and dinner.
After breakfast, depart from Karatu and drive toward world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands with scenic views and wildlife sightings. Upon arrival in Central Serengeti, safari experience begins with exciting game drive while following Great Migration movement. Region well known for incredible concentration of wildlife. Enjoy luxury picnic lunch in wilderness surrounded by Serengeti plains beauty. Later arrive at camp for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay in heart of African wilderness.

Upon arrival, descend into famous Ngorongoro Crater for unforgettable game drive inside world's largest unbroken volcanic caldera. The crater is home to incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and rare black rhino. Enjoy picnic lunch near hippo pool while surrounded by spectacular scenery. Later in evening, drive to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart from Karatu and head to beautiful Lake Manyara National Park for final safari experience. This scenic park is famous for tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos, flamingos, and lush groundwater forest filled with birdlife and wildlife. Enjoy relaxing game drive while taking in beauty of park and your final moments in Tanzanian wilderness. Enjoy picnic lunch surrounded by nature before continuing journey toward Arusha. Depending on departure flight time, may have time to relax, enjoy refreshments, or explore parts of Arusha before transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for connecting flight back home. Serengeti: late June to October for dry-season game viewing and river crossings in the north; December to March for calving on the southern plains. Tarangire: best in the dry season (June to October), when elephants gather along the river. Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara: good all year.
